Q: Where do we go to check in and at what time?
A: Confirmation and Access information will be emailed to all Kandy Vegas guests multiple times prior to the event. Please keep an eye out for emails from Kandy Events.
Q: Is there a pre or post Kandy Vegas party?
A: The pre and post Kandy parties are built into the weekend’s events at the Palms Hotel & Casino. All the events we are producing and offering are available on our website for purchase.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: For the Kandy Vegas Main Event ladies will come dressed as their favorite Kandy or Treat, just like Kandyland. Gentlemen will wear all white, personal styles apply. The dress code for the pool parties is standard pool/beach attire. The club events will require standard upscale nightclub attire.
Q: Can I change the name on my reservation?
A: Yes. You must let our customer service department know via email no less than 14 days prior to the event or you may be charged a name change fee. Please email our customer service department at support@kandyevents.com and someone will respond to you.
Q: Other than the Palms do you recommend any other hotels for the weekend?
A: At this time we are not recommending any other hotels for the weekend. Kandy Vegas is a destination weekend experience and your experience as a guest will be optimal by staying at the Palms.
Q: How many people are expected at the event? (guy/girl ratio)
A: Kandy Vegas is expected to be about 3,000 people total. Our girl to guy ratio is generally at least 1 to 1.

Q: I did not receive a confirmation for my purchase, how do I get one?
A: Email our customer service department at support@kandyevents.com and someone will confirm your purchase and send you a copy of the confirmation email, as applicable.
Q: Do I have to purchase Saturday and Sunday, if I only want to go on Saturday?
A: We only have a la carte options available for Friday. If you want to come to the events on Saturday and/or Sunday you will need to buy the packaged pass that includes both days’ events.
Q: Can we bring personal cameras?
A: Personal cameras are allowed. Professional cameras or video equipment will not be permitted.
Q: How do I get a VIP Host Code to purchase a ticket?
A: Your VIP Host, or the person who invited you to attend the party will give you an Invitation Code to enter online when purchasing your ticket. If you do not have a VIP Host, please contact us at support@kandyevents.com and request one.
Q: Can I wait and purchase a ticket the day of the party?
A: Kandy Vegas will sell out quickly, so if you are serious about attending click on "Buy Tickets" now and enter your VIP Host's Invitation Code. If you do not have a VIP Host, please contact us at support@kandyevents.com and request one. You can purchase tickets the day of the party but they will be available at a very premium price and only on a limited basis at the registration desk.
Q: How can I get a sponsored ticket and when do we find out?
A: Go to www.KandyEvents.com, click on “Apply for Sponsored Tickets” and submit your profile. If selected, you will receive an email confirmation with the details regarding your ticket. If you would like to purchase a ticket rather than take the chance of not getting a sponsored one, please contact your VIP Host. If you do not have a VIP Host contact us directly and we will assist you with making a purchase.
Q: I submitted my profile and was selected to attend one of your past events (Kandyland, Kandy Kruise, Kandy Halloween, etc.). Does that mean I automatically get to go to this event for free, too?
A: Sponsored tickets are issued individually for each event. If you have already created a profile with us you will automatically be considered for a sponsored ticket to Kandy Vegas so you DO NOT need to reapply. If you are invited to Kandy Vegas you will receive an email invitation from Mr. Kandy with instructions for how to get your sponsored ticket. If you still want to apply you can go to www.KandyEvents.com.
Q: I forgot my password and cannot log into my profile. Can you send it to me? A: You can click on “Apply for Sponsored Tickets”, then click on “forgot your password” in the upper right corner, enter your email address and a password will be emailed to you.
